For 2025, the challenge was to move beyond a growth and synergy story and present a more mature, focused and international-standard report. This meant showing how AD Ports is actively curating its global connectivity - through corridor consolidation, disciplined capital allocation, infrastructure-led investment, digitalisation and sustainability - to create long-term value.
A coherent story across strategy, performance and sustainability
The 2025 report was built around the central narrative Curating Connectivity, reframing AD Ports from a fast-expanding trade and logistics group to a more focused global platform. The report introduced clearer value milestones around asset monetisation, corridor densification, infrastructure-led expansion, and leadership in digitalisation and sustainability — connecting the Group's strategy, business model, financial performance, and sustainability agenda into one coherent story. The result was a sharper, more confident report that better reflects the Group's scale, ambition, and growing international relevance as a disciplined enabler of global trade.
