Built for Tomorrow: a bold, seamless brand experience

As the first Mubadala Employee Forum after lockdown, the brief was to create a truly memorable experience—one that celebrated Mubadala’s 20th anniversary while looking ahead to the future. We developed the theme “Built for Tomorrow” and built a distinctive visual language that carried across every touchpoint: invitations, teaser films, signage, wayfinding, environmental branding, on-screen graphics, animations, PowerPoint templates and even the arena ticker display. The aim was to ensure a seamless, first-class brand experience that united employees through a bold, future-focused narrative.

Two distinct moments, one award-winning event

Working closely with the events agency, we designed all brand activations across networking and breakout spaces to tell the Mubadala story in engaging, interactive ways. The day itself was structured around two distinct experiences: a business-focused morning with high-quality, slick management presentations, followed by a celebratory afternoon with the Mubadala Recognition Awards. The result was an event that not only achieved its goals but was also shortlisted by Communicate Magazine in the Best Event category of the Internal Communications & Engagement Awards 2023.
