The 2024 Annual Report captured TECOM’s core proposition - that collaboration drives growth - and translated it into a clear, credible and accessible report for a global investor audience. Our role was to distil this message into a focused narrative, combining strategic clarity with a user-first design.

Alongside the premium printed report, we developed a fully interactive format with intuitive navigation, signposting and cross-links to create a seamless reader experience. The design balanced elegance and clarity, ensuring strategic, financial and ESG performance were connected and easy to navigate.

Anchored in the theme Together is great for business, the report brought the story to life through authentic partner voices, people-led imagery and a distinctive CEO Q&A that replaced the traditional letter. This approach set a confident, engaging tone from the outset.
