Positioning Parkin beyond parking
Parkin’s 2024 Annual Report was its first as a listed company. The priority was to introduce the business, explain the concession, set out the investment case and show early delivery against the IPO story. For 2025, the challenge was to move beyond this foundation and present a more focused, differentiated and international-standard report within only two reporting cycles. This meant positioning Parkin beyond parking, strengthening the link between strategy and delivery, and embedding ESG as a core part of the business.

ESG embedded, not appended
To address this, the report was built around a stronger central narrative — “Where mobility meets possibility” — repositioning Parkin from a functional parking-services provider to a broader urban mobility platform. The business model and market context were reframed to show how Parkin benefits from Dubai’s growth, while the strategy section was strengthened to demonstrate tangible delivery across tariff optimisation, smart enforcement, digital adoption, partnerships, customer experience and sustainability.

A strategy built to last
The 2025 report delivered an improved disclosure experience, providing a more connected, transparent and user-friendly view of Parkin’s business. In only its second annual report as a listed company, Parkin moved from an IPO-year introduction to a clearer integrated reporting approach, giving reader a connected view of the business model, strategy, governance, ESG and future value creation.
