A fourth consecutive record year
The 2025 Annual Report arrived at a landmark moment for TECOM Group - its strongest financial year since listing, and the first full year of scaled execution of its strategic growth plan. The challenge was to communicate sustained, compounding success without the report reading as a simple collection of record numbers.
Building the Narrative
Built around the theme Powering Growth, Creating Value, the report was structured around four strategic enablers - growth strategies for sustainable shareholder value, future-focused ecosystems, resilient communities, and talent empowerment. This gave the narrative a coherent editorial architecture that connected financial performance to TECOM's broader role in Dubai's knowledge economy.
ESG and ecosystem leadership, fully integrated
A key task was embedding TECOM's sustainability progress - spanning LEED-certified buildings, solar energy generation, and recognition from leading ESG benchmarks - within the business narrative rather than treating it as a compliance section. The result was a report that matched the ambition of the business - showing how TECOM's interconnected ecosystem model creates compounding value for shareholders, customers, and Dubai's economy simultaneously.
